​ I've massaged people ever since I was a little girl . . . it's always been very instinctive and natural.

My dad was a footballer so I used to watch his physio working and I suppose that is where it began: I would often end up massaging friends who had some problem or another, at parties and get-togethers.

​ I was working as an Area Manager at the time I was asked to massage friends and family to help raise money for breast cancer. I had no idea my life was about to change, but they kept coming back for more and more treatments. As the financial crisis was hitting the banking world, I decided to opt for voluntary redundancy scheme and set up my own wee business and retrain in Massage Therapies. Until this day I have never looked back and MASSAGES 4U has just celebrated 12 years in business.

​ I have been very fortunate to have such loyalty from my clients who joined me on my journey and have several hundred on my books.

​ I love caring for others and seeing the difference my therapies can bring to their lives and wellbeing. To be able to bring balance back into another's life has always been at the heart of my treatments.
